Ingredients:
2 apples
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Core and thinly slice apples.
Toss slices in cinnamon.
Arrange in air fryer in a single layer.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
2. Chickpea Mash Sandwich
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Whole grain bread slices or crackers
Tomato and cucumber topping
Instructions:
Mash chickpeas and ingredients in a bowl
Toast whole grain bread slices or prepare whole grain crackers.
Spread chickpea mash on toasted bread or crackers.
Serve immediately as a simple and delicious snack or light meal.
3. Healthy Peach Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients:
1 (16-oz.) bag frozen peaches or 4 cups fresh peaches, frozen solid
3 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
1/2 cup plain yogurt (non-fat or whole)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
In a food processor, combine the frozen peaches, agave nectar (or honey), yogurt, and fresh lemon juice.
Process until smooth and creamy, about 5 minutes.
Serve the frozen yogurt immediately, or transfer it to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Ingredients:

Baby carrots
Instructions:
Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, dried dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Adjust seasoning to taste.

6. Sour Patch Frozen Grapes
Ingredients:
4 cups green grapes
1 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener (granulated)
Juice of 2 limes
2-3 tsp citric acid (optional)
Instructions:
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix grapes with lime juice in a bowl and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
In another bowl, combine Monk Fruit Sweetener and citric acid.
Roll chilled grapes in the sweetener mixture until coated.
Place coated grapes on parchment paper and freeze for 2-3 hours.
